Jada Holmes research focuses on training Early Stage Investigators (ESIs) in the NRMN virtual Health Equity (EQ) Learning Collaboratory and understands the particular attributes of the collaboratory that make investigators successful. She facilitates the use of services and communication between Early Stage Investigators (ESIs), Coaches, and Coaching Directors in the virtual online platform. In managing the EQ-Collaboratory, the participant’s engagement is tracked, analyzed, and data gleaned from collaboratory activities.  As the virtual Communities of Practice (vCOP) Coordinator, she coordinates courses, lectures, seminars, meetings, and oral presentations for a smooth and successful engagement among participants. She will design meeting rooms for each cohort and create a central space for investigators, guest lectures, and mentors to collaborate effectively. In addition to these activities, she creates and manages evaluations and applications in Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) as well as manages evaluation data and other data sets. She conducts research and summarizes findings on the U01 study developmental network (DN), randomizations and outcomes, She assists in coordinating weekly NRMN SETH virtual meetings (manage agenda and calendar invites), responds to research related emails in NRMN SETH Gmail account, Participate and attend virtual meetings with Collaborators and Stakeholders: NRMN Coordination Center virtual meetings (i.e. Research Manager meeting), Diversity Program Consortium (DPC), and Georgia Clinical Translation Science Award (CTSA) virtual meetings.
