The Portal systems are located at an off-site Tier III+ data center facility offering the highest levels of safety, security, and availability (99.995%). The facility utilizes a comprehensive approach to security that includes 24x7x365 security guard monitoring, state of the art security systems such as biometric readers, keycard-lock access, combination and key lock cabinet access, and closed circuit TV monitoring.

The Portal will be protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate, which will encrypt the user session. The portal will be located on an Internet-accessible segment of the MSM network which is protected by robust network perimeter security, including best-in-class firewalls, anti-virus systems, and access control mechanisms.
