Overview

The goal of the Technologies and Resources for Core Laboratories is to develop an organizational and financial frame work, as well as, physical and human resources for the new Translational Technologies Program.

Technologies and Resources for Core Laboratories Aims

Aim 1: Develop organizational framework for the new Translational Technologies Program (TTP).
Merge the G12 and CRC cores into the TTP
Develop working groups for each technology grouping
Expand G12 core advisory group to include CRC cores
Develop TTP website

Aim 2: Develop financial framework for this service center "Translational Technologies Program (TTP)
Establish a single budget administration for the program (Grant & Fund 8)
Develop a Core Recharge Policy for the program

Aim 3: Develop the physical and human resources for the new TTP
Physical Consolidation of the T1 Cores
Best Practices training for all technologies
Certification of Specific Technologies
Network all Technologies
