    MSM operation Transition back to phase1 Due to new Omicron variant of SARS-COV-2, the decision has been made to temporarily transition back to our phase I status of operations effective December 22, 2021, at the close of business. This phase is a hybrid mode that does require employees and students to remain virtual except for those considered essential workers and for those conducting critical research.
