Ms. Lawson, oversees the program and provides assistance to PI, Co-PDs, Co-investigators and Consultants by supporting the implementation of SETH.

She provides key management and coordination of the administrative, communication, dissemination, outreach, and research technical assistance activities. She works to 1) schedule and manage logistics for internal staff, key personnel and steering committee meetings, 2) schedule and lead logistics for outreach and recruitment and program activities, 3) coordinate and develop SETH communications for the public, team members, leadership, governance committees, and external research collaborators, through e-mail and mass communication, phone, webinars, electronic newsletter, social media, and virtual mediums (e.g. Skype, video conference, etc.), 4) work with the RCMI Translational Research Network (RTRN) Data Coordinating Center (DCC) to update the mentor and scholar database, the Profiles and eagle-I resources relevant to SETH specific aims. She has expertise in training diverse groups, peer mentoring, group facilitating, and event planning.
