The Program Director and Associate Directors are assisted by the Research Administrator and Administrative Assistant in providing program and fiscal management, as well as coordination of internal and external collaborations and faculty development efforts.

Additional functions of the Administrative Core include:

  • Implementing policies of the CRC
  • Assisting investigators with proposal development and budget planning
  • Preparing relevant contracts
  • Completing human resource documentation

Initiating a Project Within the CRC:


Investigators and/or Study Team must submit an application for all new research projects. Click here to access the CRC Application on the RCENTER Portal.

There you will find the electronic application for the utilization of the center and the cores of the R-CTR and CRN. Once this has been submitted, the information will be forwarded to the Program Director, as well as the Associate Director – Clinical Research Operations and Clinical Trials Manager, the center staff will set-up a round table discussion for needs and the support available. This should occur within 10 days of receiving request.
